Young's Bitter is available in cask and also bottled conditioned. Bottle conditioned means yeast is left in the bottle to give a fresher taste. The beer undergoes a secondary fermentation which means the 'fizz' you taste is completely natural, and the taste is even fresher. In fact it is the nearest thing you can get to cask beer in a bottle.
